Today, Joshua and I teamed up to cut Albert and Martha’s lawn and give their house a fresh pressure wash. Meanwhile, Timothy was holding down the fort over at Butterfly Coffee!

Starting early Monday morning, Timothy and I will be back at Albert and Martha’s to paint their fascia trim. Pro-tip: A thorough pressure washing is the ultimate prep step to ensure the new paint adheres perfectly and lasts for years to come.

We recently headed out to the Cross Mountain area to help a new client reclaim their garage and upgrade their home. It wasn’t just a "to-do" list; it was a high-stakes organization mission!

Here’s the highlights of what we tackled:

• The "No-Fail" Bike Rack: We mounted a dual rack into 9-foot rafters. The catch? It’s hanging directly over a gorgeous Harley-Davidson 🏍️. Security was the top priority!

• Garage Glow-Up: We utilized homeowner-provided fasteners to get those bulky A-frame ladders off the floor and onto the wall. Pro tip: Having your parts ready always saves you time and money!

• The "Diamond" Standard: Installing a dryer vent through sheetrock, plywood, and tough stucco requires a steady hand and a diamond-tip hole saw. We dodged plumbing and electrical like pros to get the job done.

• The Comfort Factor: While Timothy assembled a new office chair, I (Ted) optimized the water softener settings to fix some hard water issues.
